Breanna is a clumsy person. She’s like a walking disaster and always found a way to make a mess and having an “oops” moment. Well, she never really intended to do so, but somehow that often happen to her. She sometimes thinking that she was cursed or something, or maybe getting some weird diseases that makes her motor-coordination ability wasn’t as good as other people, or other witch in this matter. She’s also very spontaneous until it seems that she never thinks before she’s doing something. She often does things in haphazardly and often jumps from one thing to another, or change conversation subjects within seconds. The reason of Breanna do things like this wasn’t cause she’s having a attention deficit problems, but more because her inability to stop her curiosity from taking control herself.
Apart from the disaster that she made and the spontaneous that often give people headache, Bee is a cheerful person. It was rare to see her sad or even frown. She enjoys good laugh and loves to smile along the day. On rare occasion, when she’s sad or angry, Bee prefers to be away from people and keep the frown, anger, and tears to herself. Not that she didn’t have problems or anything, she prefer to deny any negative emotion and always tried to find a way to laugh or even just to smile. She also tried to keep an optimist attitude, no matter how disastrous the situation she was facing.
It was easy to know that Bee is always try to hide her problems, or even just her anger and disappointment. If it’s about life, Bee is a very private person. It was very private until she didn’t want to share them to anyone but her adopted brother, Lucas. It’s not that she didn’t trust people, but more because she refuse to focus on her problem and prefer to focus her energy on something fun or comforting.

History:
Breanna is the daughter of Erich Weiss and Eithne Ni Bhraonian. Erich was a gypsy and Eithne Ni was a witch. Breanna had an identical twin sister named Makayla, who’s more powerful than her, not only because she’s gypsy/witch while Breanna is plain witch but also because Makayla able to control her power since such young age while Breanna is still learning to control her power even then. Her parent considered Makayla’s ability as a talent and predicted a bright future for her. In a village where there’re only witches, fairies, nymph and other mystical creature, having great ability of your power is your only way to become the most favorite. The power wasn’t the only thing that difference between Breanna and her twin. Both of the girl was practically has different character. While Breanna cheerful and loud, Makayla was more quiet and contemplative. However, in attitude, Makayla as a rebel, the opposite of Breanna’s sweet attitude. Both girls didn’t really get long, maybe most because the difference of their talent and character. Yet the place that they live was too small and it’s impossible for the sibling rivalry and conflict to develop even further. Therefore, instead of fighting and competing, the two sisters prefer not to do magical things together and try to be civilized with each other during minor amount of time they spend together at dining room or their shared-bedroom.
Breanna and her family live in Germany, a village where Weiss family lives for hundreds of years. The location of their village was near the Black Wood, with various kinds of creatures that live there, from witches, warlocks, gypsies until gnome. Magic was the only thing that they do, and there wasn’t anything else that they do but learning, researching and teaching anything about magic toward each other, or sometimes toward curious people who wondered about their way of living. Breanna and Makayla had been studying magic since very young age, just like the other children in their village. Since in their toddler age, every child in the village had been taught about magic. They weren’t just taught about how to control their powers, but they also taught about herbs, history, and spell making until various languages that used to make spells. Therefore, even though Breanna never attend regular school all her life, she mastered some magical history, spell making and able to read and speak in Romanian, Gaelic, Celtic, Latin and English and of course, Deutsch as her father is native-well sort-of.
During her seventeen years old living in her village, Breanna never made any contact with mortals. Yes, she did travel to visit her magical friends at another part of the world or different country, but she wasn’t allowed to visit the nearby village, or any mortal village in that matter. There’s a rule in her village that restricted young witch to have contact with mortal. The elders of the village believe that mortal can be destructive for the youngsters and they’re not allowing the young ones to have contact until they’re powerful enough, in the age of 25 or as they complete their study. Breanna never break the rules, she wasn’t interested about the mortal world. Based on what she learnt from the history, mortal can be dangerous since they were easy to be effected by demon and evil, and their judgments were easily being biased. Beside, the gate to go out of their village was protected by high-level spell and only few villagers were allowed to cross them.
The creatures of Breanna’s village had been lived for centuries without having any disturbance, either from mortal or from demons. Mortal was too afraid with the myth that spread about the Black Wood, and demons never think anyone in their village as a thread. The village never had army, only thirteen chosen creatures to guard and protect the gate as well as the people who lived in their village. They’d been living without troubles for almost five centuries and no one felt there’s any need to build army as a precaution. However, things were change just as easy as a man can turn from angel to evil. When Breanna turned fifteen, some mortals who live in the villages surrounding Breanna’s village were attacking her village with help of some demons. No one really knows what caused the attack or who initiated it, either the demon or the mortal. One thing for sure was they’re ready, too ready for just a spontaneous act, and they’re too brutal to make this a simple war to claim a territory.
Breanna’s mother had foreseen the situation, but she was just one person and no one was believe her until it was too late. In the darkest night of the month, the attack came in a sudden. The attacker seemed to know what they’re doing for they could destroy the spell within an hour. Then the situation was become to unbearable to be told, it was tough and even though all the creatures tried their best to against the attacker, they’re loosing in numbers. In some fights, power is nothing against number, and that war was one of them.
Breanna with her sister, their mother and some villagers were trying to slip out, planning to sneak out from the war and teleport with a spell Eithne Ni prepared right after her premonition about the situation. However, their effort to runaway failed as one of the child cried of a reason that no one aware about. Their group who most were children and less powerful creatures were easy to be defeated by their attacker. During the last attempt of protecting her family, Makayla died, killed by mortals in front of Eithne Ni and Breanna’s eyes. Makayla died trying to protect their mother and Breanna from some demons that were more than ready to take over their powers. The failure of killing Eithne Ni and Breanna made their attacker being more brutal. They choose to attack Eithne Ni first and managed to injure her badly before they moved and planned to attack Breanna. When Eithne Ni realized that Breanna was next, she used the last power she has to cast a spell on Breanna with the intention to send her to Scotland-where the rest of Eithne Ni’s family lives. However, at the same time, a demon was attacking Breanna with his power to destroy Breanna. The mix of the two powers was success in sending Breanna off the battlefield. Yet instead sending Breanna to Scotland or hell, she was sent to a small village in Texas. The mixed of the powers not only sending Breanna to a new place but also damaging memories and weaken her ability to use her powers.
Breanna’s first memory was waking up in a small bed in James’ farmhouse. She was just awake like mortals do in their everyday life, in tranquil sense with no worries and pains. As h sight met three pairs of eyes in front of her, it was then when she started to panicked. Panicked because as she looked at their face she knew nothing and remember nothing about them or about her in that matter. Waking up and realizing that you remember absolutely nothing about yourself or about people you see not just scary but also frustrating. Breanna couldn’t even remember her name, even though she knew what they’re asking them, even though she able to answer them in thick German accent in her English replay and communicate what she had in mind to them. What’s the used of able to communicate when the only thing you can say were that ‘I don’t know’ and ‘I can’t remember’.
The three airs of eyes that Breanna saw were the eyes of Lucas and Martin James and the eyes of Dr. Johns who’s the family friends. Lucas found Breanna unconscious on their Plantation and decided to bring her back to his home. Martin and Anna James have no daughter of their own, and they were just lost their daughter-in-law and Lucas’ wife few months before. Without thinking much, both of them volunteered to keep Breanna in their home until the police can found Breanna’s family.
After six months of trying to trace Breanna’s family, the police was closing the case and the social service was gladly handed Breanna to the James family and let them adopted them as their daughter. Both the James’ and Breanna were glad with the decision. Breanna was more than glad to have a family like James Family. In the past six months, she was unable to remember anything, only her name that they managed to trace through the pendant of her necklace. Nevertheless, James’ managed to welcome her in open arm, despite some oddities that they must through, as Breanna’s strangeness not only on the German accent she had but also in her attitude toward every items they had in the house or at town. She seemed to see everything as if she just seen it for the first time, even though the doctor said that even people who’s amnesia can remember the tap water or pizza or cars. During the first six months Breanna lived with James family, she learn about life like little children. Accompany by Lucas’ daughter, Tanya, she explored the world and absorbing the whole situation.
Breanna’s action and reaction toward the world raised weren’t going unnoticed by James family. Yet apart from the fact that Breanna might not from the State or maybe just moved to State, they didn’t have any clue about her at all. It was a four months after her adoption when Breanna and James family learn the truth about Breanna’s self. It was Tanya who first noticed about Breanna’s ability in witchcraft. It happened when Breanna accidentally lifted Tanya off the ground so she could reach her balloon. Tanya, who’s familiar with psychokinetic power since her mother, Qiana, also has similar ability among some other things, was running out to tell Lucas about the situation. Lucas then realized that Breanna might also a witch just as his late wife was. Qiana was a witch from a long line of witch family. She met Lucas when they met in a café and soon decided to give up her life in witchcraft to marry Lucas. Raised as a witch, Qiana still tempted to use her power every now and then, even though just like other witch who’s raised in mortal world, Qiana also able to adapt with the whole situation.
When Lucas found out about the situation, he contacted few of Qiana’s relatives that he knew of. He asked their help so he could found out about Breanna’s past. Qiana’s family couldn’t fight against the damage that had been done to Breanna. They couldn’t go passed the ‘dark clouds’ that hover Breanna’s mind. However, they were willing to help re-introducing Breanna to the witchcraft that was her nature. How surprised they were when they realized that Breanna had wider knowledge of magic than most of them, and how her psychokinetic power was very powerful, even though Breanna couldn’t control it well if not at all. It was soon decided then, that Breanna should be handed to more powerful witch until she’s mature enough in controlling her power. Qiana’s family thought that letting Breanna unwatched while she had such a powerful power just wrong, that she could endangered people around her even though she didn’t mean to.
The ideas of removing Breanna to strangers’ house were soon being refused by the James family. Lucas knew that Tanya had found some kind of companion with her new ‘aunt’ and Martin and Anna just couldn’t bear to loose ‘their daughter’. All of them believed that Breanna could live among mortal just as Qiana did and they believed that she wouldn’t harm anyone with her power. In their desperation to keep Breanna, Lucas heard about Magic School from one of the elder of Qiana’s tribe. The decision was easy; Breanna will join the magic school and stay at home in the same time. However, it was already a middle of school year, and Breanna couldn’t simply sign up as a transfer student since they didn’t have any records about her ability at all. Instead of letting Breanna started from middle school at Magic School, James family decided to hire a private witch-tutor to help Breanna as well as assessing her so she could be placed in the right grade at her school. This year was Breanna’s first year in Magic School. She came as a transfer student with the assessment result that placed her as a sophomore.
Any Extra Information: Breanna loves to sing and ride bicycle[/size]
SAMPLE WRITING:
another body jumped onto the bed and she raised her head off the mattress, smiled when Vern barked softly at her. “Yeah, yeah, I know it Vern. I was wrong too.” She smiled at her dog and she wept her wet cheek. Fighting with her father always been hard, even though it was over simple thing, because when she fought with him she would remember her mother. Breesha and her father seemed like oil and water, it wasn’t that they fought oh so often but they just didn’t get along. As her mother always said, they both were too stubborn to realize that they were talking about the same thing. Ever since her mother passed away, there’s no one that became ‘the interpreter’ between both of them. Small fights happened every once in a while, getting more often as she grew up. Sometimes she just didn’t understand why her father still treats her like children. She’s eighteen, she had passed two legal age of driving and votes on election, yet that was not enough for her father. Jus like today.
Yeah, just like today, when she told her father that she’s going hiking with some of her friends next weekend. He would started to rant about dangerous that she might face, from snakes to lions that she was sure didn’t exist anymore, well at last not in the place where she would hike anyway. Then it was just a started, when her father talking about adding even more bodyguards for her, Breesha felt like she had enough. Yeah, enough. She’s sick always being followed by three bodyguards wherever she go. Yes, she knew that her father’s worried, and she managed to put them at distance so she didn’t feel crowded by them. But going hiking with five bodyguards? That was even worse than went to Disneyland and being followed by three bodyguards and two nannies when she was nine! She would be a laughing stock and her whole effort to remain as ‘ordinary chic’ that she’d been trying to build since she starts her college will be useless. They would soon found out what kind of life she had, and this time she wasn’t so sure people would be fond of her. College is so much more different from high school, and whatever your parents have suddenly became nothing, or even worse, became a weakness and make you a spoiled brat.
Breesha turned her body and laid her head in the pillow. She sighed deeply and her eyes stared at the ceiling yet her mind traveled to few years back. She still wondered sometimes, how different her life might be if only her mother didn’t take that plane. Breesha’s life might be a little normal, her father might smile more often and all the small fights they’d been having could be solve easily and fight-free. She could grow up like other girl, bodyguards free and no nannies every complicated her life. If only she didn’t take that airplane, she might still able to see her mother’s smile when Breesha through her first prom or chat with her mother about a cute guy she had a crush on. Yet instead, in the part ten years her life’s being complicated with the whole security her father gave her, and she had to keep most stories to herself.[/blockquote]
